How much do you charge for estimates?

Estimates are ALWAYS FREE on all equipment we receieve.

Do you do repairs that are still covered by manufacturers' warranty?

No, unfortunately, we do not do those repairs at this time.  Please check your manual and contact your manufacturer.

What camera equipment do you sell?

Unfortunately, we do not retail in any camera and camera equipment sales.

What is the charge for return shipping?

We use USPS for all return shipping on repaired equipment. The standard charge for shipping, handling and insurance is $10.00-$20.00 USD.  We ship outside the Chicago metro area.  There will be additional charges for international shipping outside the United States.

Do you provide warranties on equipment repaired?

YES. 6 month warranty for workmanship and parts for film cameras and lenses to be free from defects under normal use. 90-day warranty on video camera, projector, flash, digital cameras, and all other electronic equipments. Note that any dropped/damaged (water, sand, etc) equipment are not covered under the warranty.

How long will you take to repair my camera?

The average turn-around time frame for most equipment is 7-10 business days from the day we receive the camera to the day it is ready for pickup/shipping. However, because we realize that there is often a need for very quick repair, we do provide rush service.
